Your dedicated entry door will have an electronic keypad with your own unique access code. There is an exterior doorbell camera on the entry door.

There is a separate unit/guest suite in the converted garage. Each unit has its own private entrance and designated parking. There is no internal access to either unit. There is an exterior doorbell camera on the entry door to the studio as well.

If available, the studio can be rented in conjunction with the main home
